How will I know where my Atlas Pearl is from?

Atlas Pearls can guarantee all of our pearls sold are grown and harvested from one of our 8 farms. Our pearl farms are located in the remote and pristine waters of the Indonesian archipelago.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies every piece of Atlas Pearls jewellery, certifying the provenance of the pearl from one of our Atlas Pearls farms. The certificate also states the unique natural virtues of size, shape and surface quality of your chosen pearl.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We have three Atlas Pearls showrooms located at each of our North Bali, Alyui and Pungu Island pearl farms. Click here to find out more

Why do my pearls not look like the picture?

Every Atlas Pearl is unique, your pearls may not appear exactly as per the picture on our website. Refer to the product description for more details of the pearl size, shape and surface quality.

How do I look after my pearl jewellery?

Can I request a different pearl to the product description?

Pearls shown and detailed in the description of the item have been selected according to the minimum requirements of size shape and surface quality.

If you would like to request a larger size or different shaped pearl you can contact us with details of your request. Each request will be assessed based on the availability of jewellery and pearls requested, if Atlas Pearls can accommodate the request, it may incur a special make fee.

Can I exchange an item purchased from Atlas Pearls?

To request an exchange of an item purchased from Atlas Pearls website please contact our customer care team with details of your request.

Only items that are returned to Atlas Pearls in original packaging, in new condition and accompanied with all sales receipts and certificates within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for exchange.

All costs and liabilities relating to returns shipping will be at the expense of the person shipping.

Can I return an item purchased from Atlas Pearls? 

To request a return of an item purchased from Atlas Pearls website please contact our customer care team with details of your request. 

Only items that are returned to Atlas Pearls in their original packaging, in new condition and accompanied by all sales receipts and certificates within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for return.
