Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit note provided they are returned to Atlas Pearls in their original packaging, in merchantable quality and accompanied by all sales receipts and certificates. 

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note, specifically those falling under the following list of Excluded Items: 

  • items where the pearl does not match the photograph online, as every pearl is unique 
  • Items that have been modified or altered by another jeweller 
  • Damaged items from misuse, accidents, exposure to abrasive chemicals, or other factors. 

To request a return please contact our customer care team with details of your request prior to sending.

Atlas Pearls' hours of operation are from 8:30am to 5pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

RETURN SHIPMENT DETAILS

The cost and risks of shipping returns are the responsibility of the person making the return.  

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and do not fall under any Excluded Items (see above). Once deemed eligible, we will process your nominated refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. 

If your items does not meet the requirements for return, we will inform you and send the item(s) back to you at your expense of $20 AUD.
