Warranty

Every piece of Atlas Pearls jewellery is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.  

If you believe a piece of Atlas Pearls jewellery is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not of merchantable quality, we will accept the piece back for assessment by an independent jeweller to determine the cause of fault or damage.  

In the event it is deemed a manufacturing issue, Atlas Pearls will replace or refund the item, and reimburse for any shipping costs associated with returning the item. 

This warranty does not apply to: 

  • items where the pearl does not match the photograph online, as every pearl is unique 
  • Items that have been modified or altered by another jeweller 
  • damage from misuse, accidents, exposure to abrasive chemicals, or other factors outside normal expected use for the item.
