Shipping Policy
Whilst every attempt is made to meet the below delivery times, there are no guarantees. Shipping times are based on the details provided by our shipping service providers.
Online orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note orders placed outside working hours and on weekends will be processed the next business day.
All shipments include tracking and signature on delivery. Once your order is confirmed for dispatch from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking details.
Atlas Pearls' hours of operation are from 8:30am to 5pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Jewellery orders are shipped with insurance for added peace of mind during transit.
During promotional or sale periods, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery due to increased order volumes.

Atlas Pearls offers standard domestic shipping across Australia, with estimated delivery within 3–14 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.
Express shipping is available for customers who require their order sooner, with estimated delivery within 1–2 business days. While express orders are prioritised, delivery timeframes may still vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $500. This will be automatically applied at checkout where eligible.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. All international orders are shipped via tracked courier service.

Back Orders

Ship separately: In-stock items will be shipped immediately, while backordered items will be sent once they are available.
Ship together: Your order will be held until all items are available, then shipped together.
