Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

  • Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Redemption: Gift cards can be used to purchase products online at www.atlaspearlsjewellery.com or in person at any Atlas Pearls-owned boutique.

  • Currency: All gift cards are issued in AUD and transactions will be processed in this currency.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or reissued.

  • Promotional Use: Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.

  • Balance & Usage:The full or remaining balance can be used across multiple transactions until the card expires. Unused balances will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.

  • Returns: If items purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued as a store credit or gift card (not as cash).

  • Use of Card: Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • 10. Right to Amend: Atlas Pearls reserves the right to modify or cancel any gift card promotion or policy at any time without notice.
