Description

Atlas Pearls gift vouchers are valid for three years and are exclusive to our brand. Redeemable online at atlaspearlsjewellery.com or in our in our Subiaco location, they cannot be refunded or combined with other offers. Unspent balances persist for three years, and identification may be required during redemption.

Sending the Gift Card:

  • Once purchased, the gift card is automatically emailed to the purchaser (or recipient, if specified).
  • The email includes a unique gift card code and a link to view the balance.

Redeeming the Gift Card:

  • At checkout, the recipient enters the gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
  • The gift card amount is then applied to the order total.
  • If the order is less than the card balance, the remaining amount stays on the card for future use.

Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

  • Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • Redemption: Gift cards can be used to purchase products online at www.atlaspearlsjewellery.com or in person at any Atlas Pearls-owned boutique.
  • Currency: All gift cards are issued in AUD and transactions will be processed in this currency.
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or reissued.
  • Promotional Use: Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Balance & Usage:The full or remaining balance can be used across multiple transactions until the card expires. Unused balances will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.
  • Returns: If items purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued as a store credit or gift card (not as cash).
  • Use of Card: Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • 10. Right to Amend: Atlas Pearls reserves the right to modify or cancel any gift card promotion or policy at any time without notice.

Click & Collect orders can be picked up from Atlas Pearls, 26 Railway Road, Subiaco.

You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when picking up your purchase. Orders should be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification. Collection is available during store opening hours—please check our website or contact us for details.
